Acceptable Use Policy.

Purpose

This policy describes prohibited uses of the Digital Access Labs website and any service that incorporates this policy by reference. Additional restrictions may appear in a project or subscription agreement.

Prohibited activity

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate applicable law or facilitate fraud or deception.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, malicious scripts, or harmful content.
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
• Steal, collect, share, or misuse credentials or personal information.
• Send spam or deceptive communications.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Abuse third-party platforms, APIs, usage limits, or access controls.
• Automate harmful, discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful decisions.
• Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation of a service.

Enforcement

We may reject a project, suspend access, terminate an engagement, preserve relevant records, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, third parties, or comply with law. Contractual remedies are governed by the applicable agreement.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse with enough detail for us to evaluate the issue. Do not send sensitive credentials or unnecessary personal information.
