Custom projects
Payment milestones, deposits, cancellation rights, and refund terms for custom software or consulting work are defined in the applicable written proposal or service agreement. Because project work may involve reserved time and completed services, payments may become non-refundable as stated in that agreement and as permitted by law.
Ongoing services
Recurring development or support engagements may be cancelled according to the notice period in the applicable agreement. Fees already earned for completed work remain payable.
Subscription products
If subscription software is offered in the future, pricing, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund terms will be displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund a current billing period.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
